Serving suggestion:

This Daging Dendeng is ready to eat. For a more fragrant aroma and enhanced flavour, it is recommended to soak the unopened pouch in hot water for a few minutes before opening. It can be enjoyed on its own or served with other dishes such as rice, bread, ketupat, and more.

Ingredients:

Beef, soy sauce, shallots, garlic, cooking oil, lemongrass, ginger, chilli paste, tamarind, salt, kaffir lime leaves, and Monosodium Glutamate (MSG).
