Preparation Method1 Mix 150 gm of Bestari® Tempura Batter with 200 ml ice water and stir until smooth.2 Then, coat each pieces of seafood or vegetable with Bestari® Tempura Batter and dip into the ice cold water batter.3 Deep-fry seafood or vegetables in medium hot oil (180°C) until golden brown. Then, place fried food on a kitchen paper towel to drip off the remaining oil.Serve immediately, hot & crispy.
