Vegetarian Curry is for pure vegetarians who do not consume garlic and onion. Variety of vegetables are to be added and the natural sweetness of vegetables will make the dish more delicious.
Cooking Instruction :
Mix Curry Paste together with 500gm of vegetables and potatoes in a pot, cook until aromatic. Pour 400ml of water to pot and bring to boil, lastly add in 200ml coconut milk. Use low heat cook until vegetable soften.
